Local Committee members are appointed by the Tenax Board of Trustees, with the exception of the parent members who are elected by parents, and the staff member who is elected by staff.
Our local committee meets once every long term, three times a year, as well as additional meetings for training and development opportunities.
The Local Committee are advocates for:
- Safeguarding
- Christian Distinctiveness
- Early Years
- Inclusion

We are fortunate to have such a dedicated LC who are very active within the school; regularly coming into Bishop Chavasse and sharing in the learning taking place.
